An autonomous, independent investment promotion agency capable of
competing for investment to world standards.
Competitive Advantage Study
A research study that measures the competitive advantages of Iraq’s
major industrial and commercial activities and focuses policymakers on needed
economic reforms.
Investor Roadmap
A guide for investors and policy makers documenting administrative procedures
such as licensing and permitting requirements for specific sectors of the
Iraqi economy.
IraqInvest Web Site
A Web site to communicate efficiently with potential investors in order to
market Iraq’s comparative and competitive advantages, and to disseminate
needed information in a transparent manner.
Trade Information Center
A trade information center at the Ministry of Trade to stimulate trade, create
jobs, and offer a full range of services to Iraqi business and industry.
